Riskin’s French 75 Recipe is as follows:

1oz gin (1.5oz for extra strength)
0.5oz freshly-squeezed lemon juice
0.25oz sugarcane (turbinado) syrup
1.5-3.75mL (2-5 droppers) mix & match Riskin’s Bitters
Sparkling wine

- Combine the gin, lemon juice, syrup, and bitters together - remember, you can always add more, but you can never take away - in a shaking tin with ice, shake, and strain into a stemmed glass.
- Top with 4oz sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
