Unicorn [Citrus]
Gremlins’ Glory [Ginger]
Gryphons’ Grace [Grapefruit]
Hummingbird [Lavender]
Succubus [Rose]
Riskin’s Aviation Recipe is as follows:
1.5oz gin (2oz for extra strength)
0.75oz freshly-squeezed lemon juice
0.5oz Maraschino cherry liqueur
0.25oz creme de violette
1.5-3.75mL (2-5 droppers) mix & match Riskin’s Bitters
Combine all of the ingredients together - remember, you can always add more, but you can never take away - in a shaking tin with ice, shake, and strain into a stemmed glass. Garnish with a cherry.
