Riskin’s Mimosa Recipe is as follows:

4.5oz sparkling wine
1.5-3.75mL (2-5 droppers) mix & match Riskin’s Bitters
1.5oz freshly squeezed juice of your choice, traditionally orange juice

- If you like, add ice into your glass first. This will keep it colder for longer, and hydrate you better, but also dilute the flavor over time.
- Pour directly into the glass in the above order - remember, you can always add more, but you can never take away.
- No garnish required, but try a fruit slice!
