Riskin’s Irish Coffee Recipe is as follows:
0.75oz Irish Whisky (1.5oz for extra strength)
0.75oz Creme liqueur (Bailey’s or similar)
6oz cup of coffee
3mL (4 droppers) mix & match Riskin’s Bitters
Pour the coffee into a mug, then add the alcohol and bitters. Stir. Voila!
