Riskin’s Hot Toddy Recipe is as follows:
2oz whisk(e)y
0.75oz raw honey syrup
0.75oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1.5-3.75mL (2-5 droppers) mix & match Riskin’s Bitters
4.5oz hot water

Heat water and place in a mug. Allow the mug to warm up.
Dump hot water, add all ingredients into warmed mug, and top with fresh hot water.
Garnish with a lemon peel, wheel, or wedge.

- raw honey syrup - Syrups are a 1:1 ratio between sugar and water. This helps with flavor consistency, as well as better homogenization within the drink. Heat the water to no greater than 80 degrees F, and add raw honey. Stir until dissolved.
