For the true lover of greyhounds, this is a six-bottle multipack in either 0.5oz sample size or 2oz full size bottles of the following bitters:
Gremlins’ Glory [Ginger]
Gryphons’ Grace [Grapefruit]
Goblins’ Treasure [Lime]
Ogre’s Orchard [Orange]
Banshee [Salted]
Dragon [Spicy Chile]
Riskin’s Greyhound Recipe is as follows:
1.5oz gin or vodka (2oz for extra strength)
0.5oz freshly-squeezed lime juice
3oz freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice
1.5mL-3.75mL (2-5 droppers) Riskin’s Bitters
Combine all of the ingredients together - remember, you can always add more, but you can never take away - in a shaking tin with ice, shake, and pour into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel or lime wedge.
Salty Dog Upgrade: add Banshee [Salted Bitters] or give your glass a rim of sea salt. The flavors will pop!
