Purpose: To add a crisp zestiness and fresh earthiness to a drink without adding sweetness. No muddling needed!

Outline: Usually 0.5mL-2.25mL is added to a drink, varying based on other ingredients and total drink size. Each dropper has mL increments listed for accuracy and precision with every drink.

Experiment: Tested with lemonades, tropical drinks, Tiki drinks, mojitos, cosmos, gin & tonics, gin sours, margaritas, the Manhattan, the Negroni, the Bee’s Knees, the Last Word, the Penicillin.

Observations: Goblins’ Treasure [Lime Bitters] and Unicorn [Citrus Bitters] add a bright zestiness, and Gremlins’ Glory adds a fantastic earthy spice, to all drinks listed under experiment, and many more untested.

Data: Goblins’ Treasure is a 50% abv solution of water, alcohol, and lime peel. Gremlins’ Glory is a 50% abv solution of water, alcohol, ginger root, and ground ginger. Unicorn is a 50% abv solution of water, alcohol, lemon peel, grapefruit peel, orange peel, blood orange peel, vanilla, and citric acid. Each bottle has enough liquid for five to ten beverages.
