Goblins' Treasure
Lab Report: Goblins’ Treasure [Lime Bitters]
Purpose: To add a refreshing lime aroma and flavor to a drink without the need for adding syrup or juice.
Outline: Usually 1.5mL-3.75mL (2 to 5 droppers) is added to a drink, varying based on other ingredients and total drink size. Each dropper has mL increments listed on it for accuracy and precision with every cocktail.
Experiment: Tested with the caipirinha, mojitos, margaritas, mint juleps, gin martinis, gin & tonics, gin sours, the cosmopolitan.
Observations: Goblins’ Treasure adds a flavorful, refreshing lime flavor to all drinks listed under experiment, and many more untested.
Data: Goblins’ Treasure is a 50% abv solution of water, alcohol, and lime peel. Both sample and full size bottles are available. The full size bottles will last approximately 30-60 cocktails.
