Gryphons’ Grace [Grapefruit]
Hummingbird [Lavender]

Riskin’s Aperol Spritz Recipe is as follows:
1.5oz carbonated water (carbonated water/soda water/mineral water, your choice)
1oz Aperol
1.5-3.75mL (2-5 droppers) mix & match Riskin’s Bitters
2.5oz sparkling wine
- Fill a wine glass halfway with ice.
- Add the ingredients together in the above order directly into the glass - remember, you can always add more, but you can never take away.
- Garnish with an orange peel, wheel, or wedge.
