The Caipirinha
For the true lover of the Caipirinha, this is a four-bottle multipack in either 0.5oz sample size or 2oz full size bottles of the following bitters:
Unicorn [Citrus]
Gremlins’ Glory [Ginger]
Leprechauns’ Gold [Lemon]
Ogre’s Orchard [Orange]
Riskin’s Caipirinha Recipe is as follows:
2oz cachaça
1 sugar cube
1/2 lime
2.25mL (3 droppers) mix & match Riskin’s Bitters
- Slice one lime in half. Then slice one of the halves into quarters.
- Combine the sugar cube and the quartered lime half together in a shaking tin.
- Muddle until a good portion of lime juice has been squozen.
- Add the cachaça and bitters. Shake vigorously with ice.
- Dump into a rocks glass. Top with more ice if necessary.
- There is no garnish.
