Riskin’s Bourbon Rickey Recipe is as follows:
1.5oz bourbon
0.5oz freshly-squeezed lime juice
1.5-3.75mL (2-5 droppers) mix & match Riskin’s Bitters
4.5oz Carbonated water
- Fill your glass with ice.
- Pour the whiskey, lime juice, and bitters directly into the glass - remember, you can always add more, but you can never take away.
- Top with carbonated water.
- Garnish with a lime or orange peel, wheel, or wedge.
