For the true lover of Boulevardiers, this is a four-bottle multipack in either 0.5oz sample size or 2oz full size bottles of the following bitters:
Mountain Yeti [Chocolate]
Gremlins’ Glory [Ginger]
Gryphons’ Grace [Grapefruit]
Ogre’s Orchard [Orange]
Riskin’s Boulevardier Recipe is as follows:
1.25oz whisk(e)y
0.75oz sweet vermouth (Riskin’s blend: 0.5oz Kina l’Aero d’Or, 0.25oz Carpano Antica)
0.75oz Campari (or Leopold Bros Aperitivo)
1.5mL-3.75mL (2-5 droppers) Riskin’s Bitters
Combine all of the ingredients together in a yarai with ice, stir, and dump into a rocks glass. Top with more ice if necessary. Garnish with an orange peel or grapefruit peel.

- dump - using the same ice that you shook the drink with, without straining.
